Terms of Use

Effective 4 July 2026 · Cayman Pty Ltd

These terms cover your use of the CrankPilot app. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these terms are silent, that agreement governs.

Your license

Cayman Pty Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use CrankPilot on Apple devices you own or control, for your own training. Don't resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app.

Training safety

CrankPilot is a training tool, not medical advice. Structured workouts and ERG mode hold power targets that can be strenuous. Talk to a physician before starting a training program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. You train at your own risk.

Your data and third-party services

Your rides stay on your device, as set out in the privacy policy. If you connect Strava, TrainingPeaks or Apple Health, your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not these.

No warranty

CrankPilot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Power, heart-rate and analytics figures depend on your sensors and are estimates, not laboratory measurements. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cayman Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data, lost training time, or any injury sustained while training.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; when we do, the effective date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this URL.
